Interview Process
Short intro call with a recruiter to make sure you are suitable for the role. Then move on to a technical interview with a project manager and a senior developer. Following that is a behavior/culture fit interview. Process what pretty short moving through it within a few weeks. The technical interview was not very pleasant though, the interviewers were very stern and hard to connect with but dependent upon who your interviewers were. Had a colleague that had an opposite experience.
Questions Asked
What are the differences between Start process and Subprocess, Asynchronous vs. Synchronous? What are the various components of integrations? What was the most difficult or complex problem you have had to solve? How to diagnose a slow interface or query. What is your knowledge of SQL?
Preparation Tips
Have some stories prepared about how you have handled certain situations in the past. Make sure you remember and know how to explain the basics of Appian.
