I recently attended an interview for an Appian Developer role at Accenture. The overall interview experience was good and the process was smooth. There were 2 interview rounds: Technical Round and HR Round
Questions Asked
Round 1: Technical Interview
The technical interview focused on Appian basics, process models, and practical implementation scenarios. The interviewer asked questions related to real-time project experience and Appian concepts.
Some of the questions asked were:
What is MNI (Multiple Node Instance) in Appian? Explain with a practical example.
What are hidden variables in Process Models?
How does document generation work in Appian?
How can we generate PDF documents in Appian?
Have you worked on deployment and package management?
Explain your project architecture and your role in the project.
The HR round was simple and mainly focused on:
- Current package
- Expected salary
- Notice period
- Relocation and availability
