HR Screening:

Very simple round with general questions:

1. Details about my current project
2. My availability to join
3. Current visa status
4. They scheduled the technical interview for the next day

Technical Round (around 40 minutes):

They asked a series of basic to mid-level Appian questions, including:

1. How do you check the performance of an application?
2. If a process model fails, how do you identify errors and fix the PM?
3. What are common root causes for a slow interface?
4. Given a list of maps, how do you update values inside each map?
5. Given a map where a key contains some value, how do you remove null values and print the list?
6. What is an embedded interface?
7. Difference between a Terminate Node and an End Node
8. Difference between an Exception and an Escalation

There were a few more questions, but overall they were all basic Appian topics.

Final Round:

A general discussion about compensation, location preferences, and next steps.
